Terms and conditions

Customer authorizes Dent-to-Door to perform the work described above.
Hidden damage, rust, previous repairs, weakened plastic, brittle paint, cracked fillers, damaged clips, or other pre-existing conditions may become apparent during repair. Dent-to-Door is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that affect the repair outcome.
Repairs are cosmetic in nature. Dent-to-Door will perform the work with reasonable care and skill. However, cosmetic repairs are intended to improve the appearance of the vehicle and may not completely eliminate all dents, scratches, paint imperfections, or other visible damage. No guarantee is made that the repaired area will be indistinguishable from factory-new condition or invisible under all lighting conditions or viewing angles.
When applicable, colour and finish may vary due to age, sun fading, previous repairs, weathering, lighting conditions, material differences, and manufacturer tolerances.
Estimates are based on visible damage only, are valid for 14 days, and may be revised if additional damage is discovered.
A deposit of 50% of the estimated price or $100, whichever is greater, is required before work begins. The deposit covers materials purchased, preparation, scheduling, and travel time and is non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been acquired.
The remaining payment is due immediately upon completion of the work.
Customer will inspect the repaired area upon completion and accepts the work as substantially completed in accordance with this agreement, except for any concerns noted in writing before leaving the repair location.
